Lucy Freeman is a London-based makeup artist with over a decade of experience working across editorial, commercial, celebrity, and music projects. Since qualifying in makeup from the London College of Fashion in 2009, Lucy has established herself as a trusted collaborator for global brands, high-profile talent, and leading publications.
